What is an Assessment Credit?
An Assessment Credit is the commercial unit used to run a company assessment or reassessment inside composabilityPro.
Each credit can be used to assess a company, refresh an existing score, review new evidence, or generate an investor-safe readiness view.
Assessment Credits are not AI tokens, compute credits or usage meters. They are simple, customer-facing units designed around business outcomes.

How billing works
Subscription plans with included Assessment Credits
composabilityPro is a subscription platform. Each paid plan includes a defined monthly allowance of Assessment Credits, company capacity and workspace functionality.
If a workspace needs additional assessments or reassessments, extra Assessment Credits can be purchased as add-ons.
All paid plans are monthly subscriptions unless marked as Custom. Add-on Assessment Credits are one-time purchases.
Workspace access
Seats, storage and workspace access
Each paid workspace includes a defined number of seats and Data Room storage. Seats are for users who actively manage, review, advise, operate or administer within a workspace. Data Room storage is used for company evidence, pitch decks, financial files, exports, assessment artefacts and workspace documents.
Companies, founders inside a cohort, imported portfolio companies and unclaimed company records do not count as seats. They count against company capacity, cohort capacity or Assessment Credit usage. Additional seats and storage can be added monthly.
Seat types
- Founder team seat. For co-founders or team members working inside a founder workspace.
- Investor team seat. For investment team members, analysts, partners or venture support users inside an investor workspace.
- Ecosystem / advisor seat. For programme managers, advisors, mentors or operators who actively manage interventions inside an ecosystem workspace.
- Viewer access. Read-only viewer access may be granted where supported by workspace permissions and does not create paid editing or intervention rights.
Storage types
- Included Data Room storage. Storage included in the active workspace plan.
- Additional Data Room storage. Monthly recurring storage add-ons purchased when the workspace needs more capacity.
Seats, Assessment Credits, company capacity and Data Room storage are separate commercial units.
